Warranties, Maintenance & Safety - For Holland Bar Stools

Warranty – Apex Seating Company offers a 10 year structural warranty on all of our metal frame seating products to the original purchaser. The original receipt must accompany the product under normal use and service. Apex Seating Company will not warranty any damage from the misuse of the product. This warranty does not cover upholstery, wood, or metal finishes or damages which result from neglect, intentional misuse, accident, or acts of nature, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, being submerged in water, fading or variations in color or finish over time, scratches, blemishes or slight color variation in wood grains, minor variations in size, unauthorized repair, alteration or abuse of product.

The swivel components that accompany our bar stools are state of the art. We have a lifetime guarantee on all of the swivels that accompany the product lines of Holland Bar Stools. If you have a problem with one of your swivels after you have been using your product we will replace the swivel portion of the stool. You must have your receipt to be eligible for the warranty.

This warranty is limited at the option of Apex Seating Company manufacturers to repair or replace a product with one of equal or similar type and quality. A warranty is only issued if the manufacturer deems that the product was defective under normal use and service.

Repairs or replacement under this warranty will be made by Apex Seating Companies manufacturers. These manufacturers may authorize that if a product is returned to the factory then it’s necessary to charge for packing and shipping costs to the purchaser.

Maintenance – Regular inspection and maintenance to your products ensures longevity and durability of your merchandise. Checking all the joints, welds swivels and other stress points should be routinely checked, cleaned and tightened. Parts that need lubricating should be lubricated routinely. Replace missing glides, screws and bolts if need be. Please use only the manufacturers’ replacement parts and instructions when doing so.

Wood Sealers - All of our wood products are sealed to protect from stains that can occur from spilled drinks or food. The finish is compatible with most commercial alkaline-based cleaners.

Fire Retardancy – Foam/Upholstery - Apex Seating Company manufacturer’s build all of their seating products to nationally recognized standards for Fire Retardancy of upholstered materials and foam padding. 100% urethane foam is used with no fillers. The products pass the following specification:
